Entry Level Office Assistant/Ticket Moderator:
$20/hr (increases based on experience level) - Process and assign leads and work requests from customers to their proper departments for scheduling and administration - Moderate and organize work requests and tickets within our company's workflow system - Respond to emails and convert to tickets where applicable - Manage ticket statuses, relevant notes, and comments between field technicians, office personnel, and clients/customers.
