We work with distributors in the United States and Globally to provide high quality products.
We have an opening for an Energetic, Team Player, that is ready to learn and grow their career! Duties of the job would include:
-Providing General Customer Service through phone and email.
- To interact with all company personnel to insure that proper sales, administrative, and quality procedures are met or exceeded.
- To insure orders are handled efficiently and properly documented and maintained per company procedure to meet or exceed the customers' expectations.
- Customers under their responsibility should be reached out to in order to grow business relationships.
- Making outbound sales calls to active and inactive customers.
- Actively promote new and existing products and look to cross-sell additional products to customers.
- Exhibit a willingness to assume additional duties - Company quality & safety standards are met or exceeded.
- Ongoing communication between the Office and Warehouse personnel to insure orders are processed on time and accurately according to customer and company expectations.
-Participating in weekly sales meetings to gain knowledge on products, and company updates.
Interpersonal, Communication, and Customer Service Skills are a must! Must be willing to be part a team environment.
Applicants should be Self-Starters and motivated to challenge themselves and be able to handle a variety of different duties & responsibilities.

3 Years experience required, and prefer to have Associates Degree or higher, although not required.
